At What Point Is The State Tyrannical?

We sit down and discuss the actions being taken by various states and health departments. What point is too much for people? Do we accept undercover "health agents"? Also, should the state take legal actions on churches exercising their first amendment rights in the name of public health? And, should we cancel Halloween? We ask the questions.
